Benton House offers exciting programs for the entire community, but we can’t do it alone. Volunteers are needed for our programs to run effectively. Individual and group opportunities exist for both one-time and ongoing projects.

Opportunities include:

Youth Program:
Homework Helpers
Program Aides for children’s activities
Musicians/Artists to lead instructional sessions
Computer Refurbishing Instructors

Senior Program:
Servers to help treat our seniors to restaurant-style dining
Activity Leaders

Food Pantry:
Daytime volunteers on Thursdays and Fridays to sort/stock food and assist clients
Delivery person to pick up food at GCFD location and other local food donors
Office assistance

Facility:
Gardeners
Building Rehab/Construction

Administrative:
Receptionist
Office assistance
Fundraising Event Coordinators
Grant Writer
